How to manually configure Outlook 2002 to receive mail

Follow this procedure to configure Outlook to send and receive your mail:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook by double clicking on the program icon or by selecting it through the Start Menu.
   Now that Outlook is open, click on 'Tools' and select 'Accounts'.
   
2. Select add a new e-mail account. Leave all other options un-selected.
   Click 'Next'.
   
3. Select the POP3 option.
   Click 'Next'.
   
4. You will now be asked to provide the following information:
   Your Name (This is your real name)
   E-mail Address (username@kegelh-d.net)
   Incoming mail server: mail.kegelh-d.net
   Outgoing mail server: smtp.kegelh-d.net
   User Name (This is just the username portion of your e-mail address)
   Password (This is the password for your dial up account)
   Click 'Next'.
   
5. The setup is now complete.
   Click Finish
