Personal Web Page Upload Instructions

To upload your pages we suggest using WS_FTP for PC's available as a trial version from Ipswitch, Inc.
You can find additional information on using WS_FTP here .


Please do the following to upload your page(s):

  1. Point your FTP Client to (Host): pwp.kegelh-d.net
  2. Login with your KegelNet username and password and you will be placed in your home directory.
  3. Upload your pages. Make sure that any transfer settings are set to 'Auto' or 'Automatic'
  4. Be sure and specify that your first page is called index.html
    (Otherwise, you'll get an error when it comes to viewing it on the Web)
It's that easy to set-up your Website! Now, have fun creating your page!

The Web address for your personal web page is:
http://pwp.kegelh-d.net/your username

Example: If your username is 'jimsurf@kegelh-d.net', then the Web address will be:
http://pwp.kegelh-d.net/jimsurf

The authoring, publishing, maintenance and backup of your page(s) is your responsibility. Your personal web page is not to be used for any commercial purposes. If it is used for commercial purposes we will automatically charge your account for the appropriate fees. We do not perform backup and provide no warranties for your use of the space. Therefore, be sure to save a copy of your page(s). Additionally, we do not accept any responsibility for the content of your page(s) and we do not allow adult content.
